As a woman who has benefited greatly from life coaching when life was turned upside down for her and her family, Laurie was driven to do the same for other women. Passionate to help women overcome the similar feelings of uncertainty and overwhelm when life got messy, she completed her certification as a Life and Weight coach through the The Life Coach School. Laurie helps her clients identify thoughts that are holding them back and teaches them how to overcome these roadblocks so they can live life to the fullest! Her ability to help her clients understand and overcome what makes them feel “unworthy” and “not good enough” is her gift.
Laurie believes that when we suffer from the lack of self-confidence, self-doubt and uncertainty, it holds us back from embracing the life that has been designed for us. Helping women transform their lives after cancer is her ultimate passion.
With over twenty years of not for profit fundraising experience, Laurie knows first-hand the pitfalls when our thoughts are not managed properly. Successfully raising over $40 million, she needed to have a strong sense of belief in herself to achieve such lofty goals.
Laurie is a mother of three fiercely lovable young adults (and two NEW in-laws!) and is still passionately in love with her husband (and business partner) of 25+ years!
Raw Treats 101
Her raw journey began when she became frustrated at not being able to enjoy any of the regular foods or treats due to her food sensitivities. Having kids that had allergies and were also picky, she felt the need to get creative. Once she felt the amazing energy and body changes that came along with eating more of a raw diet, there was no stopping her! She loves sharing her recipes, health benefits of eating raw, and creative raw cooking ideas for a variety of health challenges and dietary restrictions.

Christy is a mom to three children and the wife of a Young Lifer. When she is not busy being a mom, she gets to work with people, professionals and organizations to find big and small changes that create health and happiness. She has been a Registered Dietitian for 25 years and her favorite part of the job is hearing people’s stories and how food and health intersect with all areas of their life. We won’t talk about “what” changes to make — this time we are going to talk about “how” to narrow down what is really important to you and your health and simple way to make that goal a reality.
