Through your gifts we are able to sustain an effective camping ministry.

The Wish List

We want to keep you updated on how our property is progressing and opportunities to contribute towards a facility that glorifies God and provides a sanctuary for all those who enter in. We like to call this our WISH LIST. It’s filled with things that could happen if support is received, but likely won’t happen within our tightly managed operating budget.

You don’t need to sign up for this, but instead we are excited to share a link directly to our website where we will keep the list updated and add and remove items. Let us know if there is a project that captures your heart. Full or partial donations gladly accepted.

Thank you for supporting Young Life’s ministry at RockRidge Canyon!

RVs for Staff Housing

Loan or Donation

Do you have a 5th Wheel or RV to loan for the summer or donate for year round? The need is immediate but we can’t build more homes on the property. With your help staff will have a place to live on site.

Disc Golf

Disc Golf Course

$15,000

Rejuvenate this popular sport by replacing current tubes with actual disc golf baskets.

Purchase a collection of proper weighted discs. Install “Tee boxes”. Print maps.

Low Ropes Course/Bouldering Wall

$20,000

A six element custom, non-belayed low ropes course would engage guests of all ages to step into a low risk adventure. Especially great for elementary school groups, special needs, Family Retreats and folks who want a challenge without the heights!

Directional Signage

$20,000.

We have three kiosks we would love to install for improved directional signage around camp as well as our entrance sign is in need of replacing.

Washer & Dryer

$30,000

An additional commercial washer and dryer is needed for the Pinnacle Building to handle the large volume of laundry and quick turn-arounds in the summer and our rental season.

Auto Iron & Folding Machine

$52,000

An automated iron and folding machine in Wolfe Creek Lodge will enable much faster turn-over and requires less staff.

The Loft Furniture

$10,000

Our furniture in The Loft has been well used and getting worn and tired so we are needing to replace some  furniture items.

Rodent Proof Garbage Bins

$15,000 ($1,000 each)

Metal garbage bins would keep out rodents and wasps, reduce ongoing maintenance and waste of garbage bags due to weather.

The Hot tub dream

Wolfe Creek Hot Tub

$15,000

Imagine yourself here as the snow flies! This has been a true “wish list” item, probably since Wolfe Creek Lodge was built and the majestic view presented itself through every changing season. Amazing for Pastoral and Young Life staff retreats. Donate it and be the first to relax in it’s soothing water!

One time Wish List gifts

Our key focus is always maintaining operations. The items above are designed to enhance the camp experience.

When donating please be sure to type in what you would like the gift to be directed towards, like “Low Ropes Course” in the message field
