We have updated our gap year program for young adults, focused on leadership development. Integrated with our CREW program you will live, study and serve together, building real life vocational skills within the invigorating RockRidge Canyon community during our group rental season.
The positions are volunteer, with monthly stipend plus room & board is included. Best suited for college age adults. Work, including local outreach, is estimated at approximately 40 hours a week, which may include weekends, in Guest Services, Food Services, Site and Facilities, Housekeeping and any other department, depending on need. Some tracks may include vocational training and certification opportunities.

Throughout the year, but primarily from November through April, we require casual staff to augment our Housekeeping and Dining Hall teams.

You’ll keep things squeaky clean in the kitchen – running our two dishwashing machines when groups are in. You may also have a chance to help with prep work.

If you have a heart for serving we’d love to chat. Volunteers generally augment our Dining Hall and Kitchen teams. However, there are times when tradespeople are appreciated too. Let us know your skills and where you’d like to help out.
